Mr. deMers has over 40 years of engineering, management, and construction experience and has served Washington Group International (formerly Morrison Knudsen Corporation) since 1965. Projects with which Mr. deMers has been involved include heavy civil construction, structural, water resources, and transportation projects. He has held positions of Office Engineer, Cost Engineer, Project Engineer, Senior Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Division Engineer, Chief Engineer, Project Manager, and Engineering Manager. He has lived and worked extensively on international projects in the Philippines, El Salvador, Chile, Papua New Guinea and Egypt.
